1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the NextWave Partners platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & verification
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate. KYC (identity) verification is required to withdraw funds, and KYB (business) verification is required to sell products or services on the marketplace.
3. Wallet, tokens & PHP
Token and PHP balances are maintained in your e-wallet. Recharges, withdrawals, and game settlements are processed according to published platform rules. Tokens hold no monetary value outside the platform unless otherwise stated.
4. Games, lottery, auctions & tournaments
Participation in any game, draw, auction, or tournament is at your own risk. Outcomes are final once recorded. Fraudulent activity or collusion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. Marketplace & selling
Sellers must complete KYB approval before listing items. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. NextWave Partners may remove listings or suspend sellers for violations.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including money laundering, cheating, or harassment. Violations may lead to freezing or banning of your account.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. NextWave Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
